I have developed a marketing plan to get the best results in the shortest amount of time.  I will follow through from the original market analysis to the closing of the contract.

Top-selling agents will not show your home if both key and access are not readily available.  Agents scheduling a purchaser's home tour need your help and consideration to get your home sold.  If we can't show it, we can't sell it.

The best chance of selling your property is within the first several weeks.  Studies show that the longer a property stays on the market, the less the seller will net.  It is very important to price your property at a comparative market value.




~ Preparing Your Home for the Marketplace

I will assist you in effectively preparing your home so your property makes a good first impression on potential buyers.  Attention to the exterior and interior appearance of your home reduces market time.  Proper preparation increases final sales price.




~ Advertising

I have developed an extensive advertising program that begins as soon as your home goes on the market, including internet advertising, which brings your home into the homes of people all over the world.  Other local publications, such as the Los Angeles Times, Caravan Express and Variety Magazine help target buyers in your area and are also part of my advertising strategy.




~ Offer Presentations

I am present at all purchase and sale agreement presentations to represent you as your "Selling Agent", to review all the documents and assist in qualifying purchasers.  I also assist in helping you to make the appropriate response, drafting counter-offers favorable to sellers and handle all negotiations.




~ Strong Communication

I pride myself on my communication skills throughout the marketing and transaction process.  I listen to feedback from both the buyer and agent, give consistent counsel and guidance, provide market analysis updates and interface with all parties during the loan process and closing of the sale of your home.  You are my number one priority and I will be there for you at all times.
